AI security & governance
AI is only as safe as
the guardrails around it.
We build the guardrails.
Your AI use policy says what should happen. Governance makes sure it does, visibility into which tools are in use, controls on where your data can go, and monitoring that catches problems before a client does.
The AI investment
that never expires.
Tools will come and go. The need to know what your business is feeding them never will. That is why our AI governance solutions are contextual, not boilerplate, shaped to your industry, your data and how your team actually works.
- 01
Visibility before rules. You cannot govern what you cannot see. We start with shadow-AI discovery, so the policy is written against what is actually happening in your business.
- 02
Contextual, not boilerplate. An AI contextual governance solution follows your data: privileged documents for a law firm, client financials for a CPA, drawings and pricing for a manufacturer. Generic templates protect nobody.
- 03
Enable, don't block.Governance done right is how you say yes to AI safely. Lock everything down and your team just moves to personal devices, where you can see nothing.
- 04
Disclosed and transparent.Monitoring is written into your AI use policy and our engagement agreement. Your people know what is watched and why, guardrails, not surveillance.
What the governance
layer includes.
Four pieces that work together, each one useful alone, all four watertight.
Shadow-AI discovery
A clear inventory of every AI tool in use across your business, approved or not, and where company and client data is going. Almost every business finds something here.
AI governance monitoring
Per-user monitoring that shows which tools are being used and flags sensitive data before it leaves your control, so the policy is verified, not hoped for.
Access controls
Business accounts you own, least-privilege access, and permissions verified before anything rolls out fleet-wide, the quiet plumbing that keeps an incident from becoming a breach.
Data guardrails
Rules enforced on client and confidential data, what can be pasted where, aligned with your compliance obligations and what your clients and insurance expect.
Adoption with the
exposure taken out.
Security and governance run through every stage of our journey, they are what make the training, the builds and the day-to-day use safe to scale.
- A complete picture of AI use across your business, kept current
- Sensitive data flagged before it leaves your control
- Controls that hold as usage grows, not a one-time cleanup
- Evidence for clients, auditors and insurers that AI use is governed
- A team that keeps its AI upside without the quiet exposure

FAQ
Questions we hear first.
What do your AI services cost?
The lunch & learn and AI assessment are free. The AI Adoption Package is a one-time flat rate by company size, $3,000 under 10 employees, $5,000 under 25, $8,000 under 50. Workflow and agent builds are quoted flat-rate per project, and Managed AI is $150 per user per month.
Is our data used to train someone else's model?
No. We deploy business-grade tools inside your own tenant or account under your own agreements, and we commit to no training on client data. You own your policies, workflows and data, and we export them cleanly if you ever leave.
Which AI platform will you put us on?
Whichever genuinely fits. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner and deploy Copilot, and we use Claude and ChatGPT in our own business daily. The recommendation follows your stack and your licensing costs, not a vendor quota.
Do we need to switch IT providers to work with you on AI?
No. Our AI practice runs as a standalone engagement alongside your current provider. If you would rather consolidate, our managed IT, cloud and cybersecurity services are here, but that is your call, not a condition.
Where should a business our size start with AI?
With the free lunch & learn, two hours with your whole team, tailored to how your people work, followed by a free assessment of how AI is already being used across your business. From there you decide whether the Adoption Package makes sense.
