Custom builds & agents

Automations built properly —
and built to be yours.

Practical automations and agents that connect the tools you already run. Every build is documented, secure, and portable, you own your workflows and your data.

Builds that last
longer than the
tool that runs them.

AI is heading toward a world where your own people can build automations, and we think that is great. So we build with you, teach as we go, and make sure everything we ship survives a platform change or a staff change.

  • 01

Built against your action plan, not a hunch.Builds start where the assessment says the payback is. A workflow that does not save money or hours does not get built.

  • 02

You own everything.Your workflows, your documentation, your data. If you ever leave, we export cleanly, that is a standing promise, not a negotiation.

  • 03

We build with you, not just for you.Your team learns how the build works and how to extend it. Where a build needs an expert, we jump in; where it doesn't, we hand you the keys.

  • 04

Secure and done properly.Least-privilege access, guardrails on sensitive data, and human review kept in place where the stakes justify it, governance is built in, not bolted on.

What we build.

Custom AI solutions for the workflows off-the-shelf tools can't reach. A few shapes we build again and again:

01

Document workflows

Intake, drafting, comparison and review for document-heavy work, contracts, filings, proposals, grant applications, with a person in the loop before anything ships.

02

Connected agents

Agents that move work between the systems you already run, inbox to CRM, intake to project tools, orders to accounting, so your team stops re-typing what a machine already knows.

03

Leadership dashboards

A monitored, live view of your finances and business KPIs, ask questions of your own data in plain English instead of waiting for the month-end spreadsheet.

04

Research and drafting assistants

Purpose-built assistants for the writing your team does constantly, proposals, sales research, client communications, trained on your formats and your standards.

05

Client intake and onboarding

For legal, accounting and financial practices: engagement letters drafted, conflict checks run, document collection chased automatically, so new matters start in days, not weeks.

06

Month-end close helpers

Statements pulled, transactions categorized, exceptions flagged for a human to review, the repetitive half of the close handled, the judgment half left to your team.

07

Quoting and job costing

For manufacturers: RFQs read and structured, part and material lookups run, draft quotes built from your actual costing rules, turned around while your competitor is still opening the email.

08

Production and vendor follow-up

Order status, inventory alerts and supplier chasing handled automatically, so the shop floor and the front office see the same picture without anyone re-keying it.

Scoped in hours.
Delivered with the manual.

Build work is scoped in blocks of hours against your action plan, so you always know what you are buying and what it will do. Builds slot in at any stage of the journey, the teaching and the governance are what make them last.

  • A working automation or agent, live in your environment
  • Documentation your team can actually follow
  • A handoff session, so your people can run and extend it
  • Guardrails and access controls set up from day one
  • Clean export of everything, any time you ask

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

What do your AI services cost?

The lunch & learn and AI assessment are free. The AI Adoption Package is a one-time flat rate by company size, $3,000 under 10 employees, $5,000 under 25, $8,000 under 50. Workflow and agent builds are quoted flat-rate per project, and Managed AI is $150 per user per month.

Is our data used to train someone else's model?

No. We deploy business-grade tools inside your own tenant or account under your own agreements, and we commit to no training on client data. You own your policies, workflows and data, and we export them cleanly if you ever leave.

Which AI platform will you put us on?

Whichever genuinely fits. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner and deploy Copilot, and we use Claude and ChatGPT in our own business daily. The recommendation follows your stack and your licensing costs, not a vendor quota.

Do we need to switch IT providers to work with you on AI?

No. Our AI practice runs as a standalone engagement alongside your current provider. If you would rather consolidate, our managed IT, cloud and cybersecurity services are here, but that is your call, not a condition.

Where should a business our size start with AI?

With the free lunch & learn, two hours with your whole team, tailored to how your people work, followed by a free assessment of how AI is already being used across your business. From there you decide whether the Adoption Package makes sense.
